your nurturing navigator to your way back to you

As a child of immigrants, growing up Catholic, and becoming a therapist – I know that believing we deserve joy, rest, and ease simply because we exist doesn’t actually come easy. Navigating family/cultural values while embracing all parts of ourselves, we sometimes get lost in the sacrifices and lose our sense of home in the process. I love helping people make connections as their authentic selves.

Let's Work Together

Working with Steph feels like:

I feel all the emotions, honestly!! And it feels so invigorating because I’ve never been more encouraged to listen to myself and give myself permission to feel all the things. It gives me so much space to grow, and “be selfish” but in a way that allows me to give to myself for once.” – Participant

Seen, heard, supported and hyped! It’s always exciting to know that Steph and I come from similar backgrounds. It’s unfortunately rare to hear that. So when I tell people that I work with someone like Steph they’re usually surprised or wonder how that happened.” -Mia

“comfortable, open, judgment-free, got your back; looking forward to it” – Alyssa H

This workshop provides vital tools for therapists to refresh their approach and reconnect with their foundational motivations and personal strengths.

Unseen Strengths

Transforming Work Spaces through Hidden Wisdom
This workshop is designed for work environments, focusing on the metaphor of ‘working with rotting roots’ to address unseen or hidden aspects of corporate culture. It encourages participants to explore underutilized strengths and capacities within their teams, drawing on ancestral wisdom and natural metaphors to foster a more authentic and supportive workplace. The session will offer strategies for personal and team growth, rooted in holistic and inclusive practices.
