your nurturing navigator to your way back to you

As a child of immigrants, growing up Catholic, and becoming a therapist – I know that believing we deserve joy, rest, and ease simply because we exist doesn’t actually come easy. Navigating family/cultural values while embracing all parts of ourselves, we sometimes get lost in the sacrifices and lose our sense of home in the process. I love helping people make connections as their authentic selves.
