Tending to Our Garden:
Cultivating Lakas ng Loob
Honor Your Space, Tune Into Your Inner Wisdom, and Reconnect With Your Wholeness
Honor Your Space, Tune Into Your Inner Wisdom, and Reconnect With Your Wholeness
Do you often feel overwhelmed by overcommitting and find it hard to say ‘no’ without guilt?
Are you craving a deeper connection with your body and to stop doubting yourself, even when it feels uncomfortable?
Do you wish you could find clarity on what’s important to you when you’re navigating your career, family values, relationships, but it always seems out of reach?
If these resonate with you, you’re in the right place. Welcome to “Tending to Our Garden.”
Just like plants thriving in the right conditions, we believe you, too, can flourish in any environment. Life’s changes may disconnect us from our bodies and make setting boundaries seem overwhelming. But, just as a potted plant needs time, patience, and care to acclimate to a new pot, so do we as individuals.
Tending to Our Garden is your invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery and intention. As we become more attuned to ourselves, we gain the self-assurance and compassion needed to navigate the world. Cultivating our lakas ng loob, or inner strength, isn’t about powering through any adversity at the expense of our fullness. Together, we can navigate grief, confidently say no, re-connect to our intuition, and find clarity when we’re being pulled in multiple directions.
– Embrace joy as an act of resistance and connect deeply with your body.
– Tune into the stories your body holds and build our capacity to be with those stories.
– Cultivate connections with your environment and fellow participants.
– Confidently articulate and establish personal boundaries.
In our fast-paced world, pausing can be a challenge. However, questioning what’s emerging within you and understanding where are our reactions are rooted in brings newfound inner strength and compassion. Sharing this journey with a community that has shared identities can cultivate healing, as we cannot heal alone.

We’ll meet online once a week for 6 weeks through Zoom. Groups are capped at 8 people to allow for us to build intimacy. Sessions are approximately 90 minutes, allowing us to delve into each topic while accommodating your schedule.
You’ll receive a garden toolkit to assist with reflection and guidance during our sessions and out. If folks are interested in a recording of our session time, we can see if everyone is open to doing so. If there are any personal shares, they will not be recorded.
While Tending to Our Garden primarily focuses on the group, we understand that individual needs may arise. If it is not possible to address within the group, Steph can be available for private discussions as needed.
The investment for Tending to Our Garden is $1666, which covers all 6 weeks, materials, and access to our supportive community. We also offer flexible payment plans to allow for accessibility.
The 6 weeks are not a per session attendance. If you find that you are no longer able to attend the majority of the 6 weeks, you may receive a full refund of your investment within 72 hours of the first session.
